With the pregnancy of my second daughter, I began my spiritual path/journey thanks to my good friend Ruth. Our children went to the same school and every morning we would put our children on the bus together because her and I lived on the same street. With these frequent visits every morning, her and I became great friends.
I was in a car accident, 2 years prior to us meeting, and was very sore and felt very negative about the entire experience. When she and I discussed my experience--being as she is an Osteopath doctor/massage therapist—she suggested that I see her for treatments. What an AMAZING growth for me!
During our time together, I began to feel, and know that my life path was changing. The pain was no longer a pain, but a learning experience and I looked at my negative thinking in a different way. I began to learn about natural healing and organic items and how to protect my children the “better” way. Through her, I became friends with many other spiritual friends and learned so much about myself and what I want to do with my children, and how I can make a difference in the world. I am truly thankful for that everyday.
When I found out that I was pregnant again, with my third child and he was a boy, my excitement for my children grew! I tried to find organic products and materials for his early months in the world, and some for myself because I wanted to be nourished during this amazing time. To my surprise, it was not s easy as I thought.
There were very few stores in my hometown that carried a wide variety of organic products and materials, and with them being in different places all around the city, I turned to the internet. Being a mother of two already, time is of the essence, so I wanted one or two stores that I could stop at and make all of my purchases. There were many different stores that will mail to me, but I was unsuccessful in finding that one or two that had everything for me and my new baby. . .
That is how I decided to make my own website! GROWING ORGANIC BABIES. I wanted to be able to provide moms and babies with beautiful fabrics and materials from the earth in a one-stop shop. I have been able to find items throughout North America that are truly amazing and beautiful products. I hope that you find everything you want and more.
